We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our Service within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, you can request a full refund.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
- You experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service
- You were charged incorrectly or multiple times
- The Service significantly differs from what was advertised
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription renewals after the initial 14-day period
- API usage charges beyond your plan limits
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Partial month refunds for cancelled subscriptions
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at billing@aichat.com with your account email
- Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Provide the reason for your refund request
- Include your transaction ID or receipt if available
Processing Time
Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
